the following payment policies apply to our wide-ranging cosmetic services
Surgery
Following your free consult, you may choose to schedule your surgery with the plastic surgery center of Utah. you will be placed on the surgery schedule and the process of your treatment begins with a non-refundable deposit of $500.00, at time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. Full and final payment is due no later than 28 days prior to your scheduled surgery date. if you are booking within the 28 day period full payment will be due at time of booking to secure your surgery.
In office procedures
Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical BTL Exilis Ultra™ can be booked online and paid for in advance. Additionally, you will find package specials also available at special pricing for online bookings. payments are non-refundable, however dates and times of service may be made at your leisure through our online booking system.
